Therapeutic Activities

At LD:NorthEast, our Therapeutic Activities are designed to support people's overall wellbeing, confidence and sense of belonging. Each session provides a safe, friendly space to try new things, develop skills and build meaningful friendships. From digital inclusion to arts and crafts, gardening, music and more, our activities promote creativity, connection and positive mental health — all while having fun together.
